We are looking for someone who can help join up the lows and highs of caring for very young children with the promises and stories of God, with gentleness, fresh expression and creativity;
someone who can lead our musical community in singing new songs and sharing notes of God’s grace and love generously with our wider community;
someone who can partner and support a range of local people and projects committed to the needs and flourishing of all young families in North Cambridge.
The Church of The Good Shepherd in North Cambridge, along with the Sing A New sonG (SANG) Team, are seeking to appoint a Community Chaplain, 20 hours/week for the next 3 years, to help disciple our musical community for 0-4 year olds, and to pioneer new ways of serving young families in our area through working closely with our local partnerships and projects.
Salary: c.£13k for 20 hours/week (£24k FTE)
Contract: Part-time and fixed for 3 years
