Archdeaconry Mission and Pastoral Committees

Each of the Archdeaconry Mission and Pastoral Committees (‘ADMPC’) meets three times a year, and reports back its work to Bishop’s Council. These meetings follow a deanery-led approach, with reports of mission work together with consideration for proposed pastoral reorganisation arising from the Deanery Plans.

Each deanery in the Diocese is represented at their ADMPC, with members usually being the Rural Dean and Lay Chair. Diocesan Directors, Officers, and representatives from other committees may be invited to attend the meetings but do not have voting rights. The Chair of each ADMPC is the Archdeacon.

Matters for consideration by the ADMPC should be sent to the Secretary: at least two weeks before the meeting. The dates of forthcoming ADMPCs are:

  • 22 November 2017
  • Wednesday 7 February 2018
  • Thursday 26 July 2018
  • Wednesday 14 November 2018

Huntingdon and Wisbech:

  • Tuesday 13 February 2018
  • Tuesday 24 July 2018
  • Tuesday 6 November 2018
