Inter Faith Week 2026 - Lighting the Way for a Shared Future
Inter Faith Week for Schools takes place from 8 to 15 November 2026 and offers free resources to help schools explore this year’s theme, Lighting the Way for a Shared Future. Inter Faith Week gives young people the opportunity to learn about different faiths and beliefs while exploring what it means to build welcoming communities.
Could someone from your parish offer support and offer a Christian representative during the week? Why not use this opportunity to reach out to your local school, whether it's a Diocese of Ely school or not!
The website Inter Faith Week for Schools has been created to support schools in planning for Inter Faith Week - with teaching resources, competitions, events and guidance developed with expert RE partners. The 2026 resources will be launched soon, in the meantime, you could look at previous year's resources for inspiration!
