Vacancy: Team Rector - St Neots and Eynesbury - a new Team Ministry

Posted on Monday 8 July 2019
Under the Diocesan Strategy, Ely2025, the Market Town of St Neots is due to become a Team. We are looking for someone who will be the first Team Rector.

With major housing developments on one side of the town there is an exciting and positive mixture of well-established traditional churches and congregations and innovative pioneering communities in new developments.

The congregations are keen to grow and are unified in their desire for an adaptable, inclusive, mission focused and energetic team, passionate for the gospel imperatives to become ever more rooted in our growing communities.

The Team Rector will need to be a proven leader with a track record of community engagement and congregational growth. Someone who is able to embrace and value the traditions of inherited church as they exist in both our churches, but with the wider vision to realise the need for new and innovative approaches to worship that will attract and retain a wider community across the age ranges and demographic of the whole town.
