  • 13th May: Climate Change – What’s happening, Why and What WE can do about it Prof John  Shepherd CBE FRS,   British Earth system scientist, Emeritus Professor at University of Southampton, and a former director of the National Oceanography Centre, Southampton     
  • 21st May: Local Hero, International Icon - Author Kitty Ferguson  will speak of  her  new book "Stephen Hawking - A Life well lived"
  • 3rd June: Not so far away - Human Trafficking and the Clewer Initiative?  An insight into what is happening NOW from The Bishop of Ely The Right Rev Stephen Conway
  • 10th June: Jut say it - Homelessness - BBC Radio 2 journalist  Andy West 
  • 17th June: Issues of Mental Health - Dr Rowan Williams PC, FBA, FRSL? Master of Magdalene College Cambridge
  • 27th June: Climate Change as viewd from the Antarctic - Dr Anna Jones? Science Leader of the British Antarctic Survey’s Atmosphere, Ice, and Climate Team

£10 per talk to be paid on the night. Wine/coffee/tea, savouries and cakes included.
