The Acting Bishop of Ely is pleased to announce that the Revd Andrew Birks, Vicar of Melbourn & Meldreth, has accepted the Bishop’s invitation to be Rural Dean for the Shingay Deanery for 5 years, in succession to the Revd Felicity Couch. The Archdeacon of Cambridge, the Venerable Dr Alex Hughes will commission Andrew on 30th October 2024.
