After a long period of ill health, Adrian Daffern has resigned from his position as Incumbent of St Mary the Great with St Michael Cambridge with effect from 31st August 2022. His position as Rural Dean of North Cambridge Deanery also comes to an end at this point.
Adrian has served as Vicar since 2018, overseeing the parish’s wide range of activities and large staff team. We thank him for the work he has done here. Among many other things, he will be remembered for his rich liturgical knowledge, his great love of music, his gregarious personality and his networking skills. We offer him every good wish and blessing for the future, which will include his continuing as a Fellow of Lucy Cavendish College.
