The Revd Clifford Owen is preparing to cycle from Land’s End to John O’Groats (LEJOG) on the 20th August.
Clifford is a much loved retired, but very active, priest living in the parish of All Saints Hartford, who is celebrating both his 80th birthday and the 50th anniversary of his ordination in September.
Clifford has ridden the LEJOG journey three times before - in 1995, 1998, and 2010 - but has decided to give it one last try before he gets too old! He will be accompanied by his two daughters, Kathryn and Isobel.
Clifford is very generously donating all the sponsorship money raised to All Saints Parish Church Hartford. Clifford is close to meeting his sponsorship target of £1,000. You can support him here.
