Admission of Churchwardens Online service

If you have not yet completed and returned your 2025 declaration form 2025 please do so. It is one of the ways which enables our office to keep our records as up to date as possible, and it is helpful to receive them, even if your details remain as previous years.  Electronic copies can be downloaded from our website Admission of Churchwardens - Diocese of Ely and then emailed to archdeacons.events@elydiocese.org 

The Office of Churchwarden is an annual office, and it is a legal requirement for ALL churchwardens to be admitted every year by the Diocesan Registrar or Archdeacon. If you are not admitted to office, you are not legally a Churchwarden, which could have possible implications for your church insurance.
