Flower Festival at St Peter, Ely

HARVEST OF THE MIND

St Peter in the Isle, Ely will be holding a Flower Festival, art display, and Harvest service from September 26th to the 28th.

Entitled ‘Harvest of the mind’, it will be a tribute to the ongoing work and development of the older mind, particularly the Ely U3A and the contribution that is made to our community within Ely and the surrounds.

This will be a flower festival which includes musical presentations, art works (available to purchase), refreshments and an opportunity to spend a peaceful time in our developing garden area. There will also be pot plants for sale.

Friday September 26th 10am – 4.00pm with musical offerings from the U3A recorder group in the afternoon from 3.30 pm. Light refreshments available all day

Saturday September 27th 10.00am -4.00pm. Light refreshments available all day

Sunday September 28th 9.30am – 10.45 am sung Eucharist, Harvest Festival service open to all

Flower Festival opening 11.30am - 4.30 pm.

This will include a concert by top choral group Ely Collegium, 3.00 pm - 4.30 pm.

Light refreshments available from midday.

There will be an entry charge of £5.00
