  • How would you respond to a reputational crisis in your church?
  • How could you use leadership to show there has been a change in approach, behaviour and culture following a crisis?
  • How should we respond to 'historical' crises?
  • How can you stay one step ahead of any potential problems in the future?
  • What learning can we offer to one another to help?
  • What plans could you make for building a positive reputation in the coming months and years? How may they be derailed?
