Press Release 23 May 2019: This year the Royal School of Church Music’s Music Sunday, an annual event to celebrate the powerful role of music in Christian worship, coincides with Trinity Sunday, 16 June 2019. Churches up and down the land, whether RSCM Members or not, are being encouraged to take part in this international celebration of the role music plays in the life of Christian worship.

St Andrew’s, Cherry Hinton secures National Lottery support for restoration

Work has started on an exciting heritage project to repair and restore parts of the 800 year-old building in Cherry Hinton. St Andrew’s church has received a National Lottery Heritage Fund grant of £190,000 for the repairs to the roof, drainage and internal wall surfaces damaged by water ingress. Made possible by money raised by National Lottery players, the project will improve conditions in the church and make it an inviting and flexible space for the whole community.
