The Complaints and Whistleblowing policies are laid out in the webpages below.
We’re here to listen and improve. The Ely Diocesan Board of Finance (EDBF) is a registered charity and part of the Church of England. If you are unhappy with an aspect of our service, you can raise a complaint. This complaints page explains how to raise a complaint and what you can expect in response. A complaint is an expression of dissatisfaction about any aspect of our (the “EDBF’s”) services, staff or operations that requires a response.
As part of our commitment to transparency and accountability, the Ely Diocesan Board of Finance (EDBF) has a Whistleblowing Policy to provide a safe way for clergy, lay staff and volunteers to report concerns, ensuring they are addressed promptly and responsibly.
