Ely Diocese Regional Advisors (EDRAs)

EDRAs are experienced headteachers, currently serving or recently retired from schools within the Diocese of Ely. They have a proven track record in school improvement. Through regular visits and professional dialogue, they build supportive relationships with school leaders, offering advice, challenge and encouragement tailored to each school's context and priorities. Their aim is to help schools provide high-quality education within a strong Christian ethos while supporting their journey of continuous improvement.
