Headteacher Wellbeing Support
This holistic wellbeing support is available for Headteachers of VA/VC church schools in the Diocese of Ely. Sessions are offered online on Tuesday or Wednesday throughout the school year by appointment. Click here to find full details and how to book
Bishop's Lent Challenge 2027
This short Zoom session will launch the Bishop's Lent Challenge, offering a walk-through of the worship plan, enrichment activities and the theological rooting of the project. Resilience Training
An introduction to the topic of resilience, the importance of developing it, strategies, self care and personal action planning. This training will run four times on Zoom from 4pm - 5pm.
Resilience training benefits:
• Stress management: Teaches awareness and developing practical strategies to support individuals handle daily pressures
• Work life balance: Exploring self care and meeting their wellbeing needs by prioritising healthy habits and boundary setting.
• Modelling: Empowering staff to model positive coping strategies and foster resilience skills in their setting.
Resilient Conversation Training
Introducing a resilient conversation tool as a framework to facilitate and support wellbeing conversations. This training will run four times on Zoom from 4pm - 5pm.
Resilient conversations training benefits:
• Early help: inviting a conversation and talking early lets you spot potential warning sign and offer appropriate support .
• Clear messages: the framework invites a collaborative approach and allow individuals to maintain autonomy.
• Less stress: open and safe conversations support all to explore what may be causing feelings of overwhelm.
• Building trust: respectful relationships built on a non judgmental approach in a safe and supportive space.

Designed for RE Leads, Science Leads and Headteachers. Four workshop sessions with resources to incorporate RE into the science curriculum.

Understanding Christianity Refresher Training
Designed for schools who have the resource, but are in need of a fast paced refresh and looking at developing the Christianity aspect part of the RE curriculum. Attendees must come to all 3 sessions to get a full understanding of this resource. This training will run on Zoom from 3.45 - 5pm.
Reading Reconsidered
This two-day course covers a series of high-leverage techniques to teach highly effective reading lessons. It focuses on four key pillars: supporting pupils to read harder texts; practising close reading; increasing the amount of non-fiction read; using writing to drive thinking. These pillars support pupils to become fluent readers and develop strong background knowledge to build reading comprehension.

SIAMS Readiness Conference
A conference for all schools, focusing on the SIAMS Inspection Framework, SEF preparation, and practical support for the inspection process. The conference will be held at Etheldreda House, Witchford, CB6 3NX from 9.30am-4pm. The conference will run twice this academic year.
Enrichment Day Project Launch
Collaboration with The Faraday Institute for Science and Religion. This short 30 minute training session provides a high-quality planning resource to support a whole-school enrichment day, helping to meet the 10% RE curriculum time goal through a themed approach. This training will run on Zoom from 3.45 - 4.15pm.
Spirituality
As a common Development Point in SIAMS inspections, we will look at ways to achieve a common understanding, a shared definition in school and ways to map Spirituality across the curriculum and wider offer. This training will run on Zoom from 3.45 - 5pm.
