The Diocese of Ely is seeking a Team Rector (designate) to serve The Isle of Ely Villages Benefice

Do you have what it takes to be the team leader in our new benefice spanning 11 villages close to the cathedral city of Ely? We would love to hear from you.

We seek an experienced priest, who is

  • Confident in God and unfailingly kind with people.
  • Inspiring in their teaching and committed to lifelong learning.
  • Forward thinking in mission, able to guide our parishes to develop their mission initiatives.
  • Collaborative - a team leader, with a track record of developing healthy teams and releasing capability.
  • Humble - able to balance high visibility within our communities whilst still enabling others to shine.
  • Relatable – able to win the trust & friendship of our rich and diverse communities.
  • Self-starting, resilient, courageous & hospitable.
