Ministry Development Review
The Ministry Development Review (MDR) is an opportunity to Review, Celebrate and Plan your expressions of ministry.
The updated MDR process will begin to be rolled-out across the diocese during the Summer Term of 2023.
The Director of Mission and Ministry, Revd Peter Leech, hosted by Bishop Dagmar, gave an "In Conversation..." Zoom drop-in session on the 25 April 2024 where colleagues were invited to join and find out more about the updated MDR process.
