The Diocese of Ely Church Buildings & Pastoral Department held a training day of seminars focusing on Church Heating during 2023. The day brought together a wide range of expertise to help churches to understand the options available for church heating, with a real focus on helping parishes to achieve the Net Carbon Zero goal, as adopted by the Diocese of Ely and the Church of England.

Each year, the Diocese of Ely produces an Annual Report that summarises the work of the Ely Diocesan Board of Finance and wider Diocese. The Report covering the activities of 2022 has now been published.
Nominations have officially opened, with churches across the UK now able to enter for awards in architecture, volunteering, tourism and so much more.
