Growing Younger: Children, Young People, Families and Schools Mission

As a Diocese we seek to:

Engage children, young people and families in every community in our diocese, demonstrating the Gospel through loving service;

Grow the number of children and young people and families that encounter Jesus and become active disciples; and

Deepen the faith of children, young people and families, hearing their voices and allowing them to shape the life of the whole diocese.

The children, youth and schools mission team is here to support you as an individual (paid or volunteer), as clergy, as a parish, benefice or deanery to grow in confidence, commitment, creativity and competence in your mission and ministry with children, young people, families and schools. They are champions of the Growing Younger priority in our churches and can help encourage, equip and support you as you grow your vision for and ministry with children and young people.
